We are a young company specialized in event planning and corporate actions. We have a large team of highly experienced professionals in Event Management, Tourism, Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations.
Francisco A. Cástino
ANTS Event Planners Director
Before founding ANTS Event Planners, Francisco worked in film production companies and, for a short time, in communication agencies. Finally, he devoted himself to Event Logistics and Corporate Meeting Planning. His last job position was Pharma Account Manager in an important multinational company.
After working as an employee for many years, he decided to run his own business and founded ANTS Event Planners, a new branch division of LAN & KRAMER GROUP. He became a partner of the company as well as Business Unit Director of Corporate Events.
Francisco graduated from UADE with a degree in Public Relations and during his job career has attended a number of training courses and programmes in Event Planning, Ceremonial and Protocol as well as Meeting Management. He is fluent in English, both written and spoken. He loves sports, music and travelling.
LAN & KRAMER Director
Highly experienced in Foreign Trade & International Marketing, Martin went into business with Fernando Kramer and they set up Lan & Kramer Travel Service in 1994. At first, he focused on corporate clients, and as the business start growing, new staff joined the company to reinforce the corporate division. Later, he set up new business units related to tourism with online support.
Nowadays Martín is in charge of the management of the whole company and its different business units:
Martin also loves travelling around the world and camping in Patagonia. He likes wakeboarding in summertime and playing tennis all year long.
LAN & KRAMER Director
Fernando Kramer (Technician in Tourism) founded Lan & Kramer Travel Service together with Martín Lan. He developed online platforms for several business units and by applying the concepts of excellence and professionalism to customer service support, he made them grow successfully.
Fernando is a specialist in customer service support and offers clients permanent assessment. He helps the company to optimize and maximize resources by providing it with effective solutions that fulfil our client’s needs.
Running different business units within our own company allows us to offer a wide range of services and to deliver appropriate solutions, for business or pleasure trips and for corporate events, both at national and international level. At present, Fernando is in charge of Operations and Online Marketing Departments.
